David Miller, Esq. was vice president and deputy director of Chase Manhattan Bank's Washington Office. Earlier, he was director of tax policy for the National Association of Manufacturers, legislative representative for the Credit Union National Association, and a staff assistant on the U.S. Senate Banking Committee. He is a well-known and respected advocate for his clients before Congress and the Federal Agencies, particularly the Senate Finance, Commerce, and Judiciary Committees, and the House Ways and Means Committee. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science at Boston University, a Masters Degree in Public Administration at Northeastern University and a Juris Doctor at George Mason University. David is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia Bars. A U.S. Army veteran, David served as an officer with various active Army and Reserve infantry and Special Forces units and is airborne, air assault and pathfinder qualified. He retired from the armed forces as a major.
